It’s important for babies and young children to receive dental care from a specially trained pediatric dentist to set them up for a lifetime of good dental health. It’s important to get decay treated to keep adult teeth healthy later.

Early Visits are Important Milestones

Infants should be seen for their first dental visit within six months of their first tooth coming in, or no later than 12 months of age. Not only can our pediatric team help parents make sure their child is meeting important dental milestones and answer any questions, these early visits also give our youngest patients the opportunity to get used to coming in to see us for cleanings and care later.
